Bar Service
Castle Rock has its own liquor license and is the exclusive provider of all alcohol services and soda. You and your caterer can bring in juice, water, and coffee for your event. We will provide bartending staff based on event. You may request that we stock specific items for your event. Special requests must be made at least 30 days prior to your event
CASTLE ROCK CATERING
We offer you the freedom to work with your desired vendors. You can use your preferred caterer, or you may use our in-house services. If you choose to use our services, our caterer will work with you to create a customized menu for your wedding meal, rehearsal dinner, and/or gift opening brunch.
Additional Information
Self Clean
You shouldn’t have to worry about cleaning up on the night of your special event. To allow you and your guests ample time to clean up without feeling rushed, we have given you access to the property until noon on Sunday.
Cleaning Upgrade
All you do is remove your personal items from the house and venue. We’ll take care of the rest!
Plate & Silverware Rental
Whether you use our in-house catering or select your own, you may rent our glass plates and silverware for your meal. The rental fee includes access to 250+ glass plates, forks, and butter knives. Castle Rock Catering will clear and wash all dishes. If you are using an outside caterer, they are responsible for clearing dishes and placing them in the washing area; our bartenders will wash them at the end of the evening
